Our ears are working 24 hours a day, all seven days of the week. Sounds allow us to be alerted to someone coming, be annoyed by the person next to us chewing, and be moved by a beautiful song. I have been involved with music since I could reach the piano and I started learning audio technology in high school when I ran microphones for our a cappella choir. With my sound designs, I strive to make sure the audience feels like they are a part of the space and in the time of the show. From the pre-show music to the doorbell sound effects, everything should fit into the world.
