Mary Baca is a Chicago-based theatrical artist and event producer whose experience spans across multiple disciplines. After earning her BFA in Production Design and Technology from Belmont University, she returned to Chicago, where her career has flourished through a wide range of roles in both the theatrical and event production industries. Her portfolio includes corporate event production, social media management, tour travel management, immersive sound design, and costume design for new musicals in collaboration with Musical Theatre International. Additional experiences include directing and choreographing casts with up to 55 performers, mixing musicals with live pit orchestras, and providing production management and technical direction for prestigious educational theater programs. In the summer of 2024, she played a key role in coordinating filmed and live-streamed events for the Democratic National Convention Committee. Personal projects have also included wedding dress construction and bustling.
