Mary Baca is a dynamic, Chicago-based theatrical artist and event producer whose diverse expertise spans across multiple disciplines. After earning her BFA in Production Design and Technology from Belmont University, she returned to Chicago, where her career has flourished through a wide range of roles in both the theatrical and event production industries. Her impressive portfolio includes corporate event production, social media management, national tour travel management, immersive sound design, and costume design for new musicals in collaboration with Musical Theatre International. She has also directed complex live experiences, including mixing of large-cast musicals with live pit orchestras and providing production management and technical direction for prestigious educational theater programs. Additionally, she played a key role in coordinating filmed and live-streamed events for the Democratic National Convention Committee. Driven by a deep passion for live events and community engagement, Mary is committed to continuous growth, always striving to learn, innovate, and make a lasting, positive impact.
